LITE BITE (23 SEPT 2010)

There are some excellent lite or free software being released at the moment by developers to show off their titles, here are five you should check out.

1) Little Things Lite

This is a nice little demo of the game, and will give you a pretty good idea if this game is for you or not.

2) Aqua Motor Racing 2 Lite

Shows off the basics of the game very well. This is an excellent little Jet Ski game.

3) iStudiez Lite

The demo is little the full version of the application, but you are limited to only a few entries in each category, however, this will show off how well the application works.

4) Carnivores LE

A demo of today’s review. It will not show much of the game, but you will be able to see the game in action. The Survival mini-game almost the same as the full version one.

5) Slice It! Free

A demo of the excellent Slice It game, which has just had an update adding even more content to this great puzzle game.

 

LITE BITE COMING SOON

As you may have noticed, we generally avoid reviewing LITE or FREE versions of games, as often they are not a good indictor of the full game or a very cut down versions of the final product.

However, several developers are releasing LITE versions that are worth looking at as they contain the first few levels of the game or are the same as the full version of the game, just time limited or options max out after x numbers of entries.

So in the weeks to come we will have a regular round up of the LITE version of applications that you should be having a look at. These will not be full reviews, but telling you about some of the great free stuff you can take a look at before paying your hard earned cash on a product.
