iStoryBooks is an e-book shelf containing several books and is released by iMarvel.

The applications contains 20 books at the moment, with the promise of a new one added every two weeks. Some of the books are in Spainsh and are duplicates of English books already within the applications (17 English, 3 Spainsh). The best known books titles are as follows:

  • The Ugly Duckling.
  • Little Red Riding Hood.
  • The Three Little Pigs.
  • The Little Red Hen.
  • Cinderella.
  • Stone Soup.

There are also books on American Monuments, Vehicles, Dinosaurs and some A to Z books.

All the books have nice artwork and well read by Maya Ray.

This book is for kids and adults alike.

On the upside:

  • Nice Artwork.
  • Well Read.
  • Good selection of books.

On the downside:

  • No page selector to jump to your favorite bit of the book.
  • No real interaction with the book, other than page turns.
  • I would have liked to read the book at my own pace, pausing between page turns (for my young daughter)

Overall, this is a good collection of books, my children enjoyed several of the storys and my son liked the ones on vehicles too. You get a far amount of contents for you money and the promise of more to come, so we are looking forward to which books are added in the future. If you are looking night time stories for your kids then this application is a must have.
