Bunny the Zombie Slayer is an Easter based defense game and is released by Hothead Games Inc.
The game puts you in control of the Easter Bunny as he fends off wave after wave of marauding zombies. You do this by throwing easter eggs. You need to stop the zombies getting to the children and ruining their Easter.
The basics of the game, is you are standing behind a barrier and throwing out the eggs, and you have to throw at a point which you believe is the right height and distance to hit the zombies. If you hit the zombie in the head it will likely be destroyed, but hit them elsewhere they may still be able to crawl towards the barrier. You need to kill all the zombies to complete the wave.
The game is controlled by tapping a point on the screen to throw the egg. There is also a button for the “smart bomb”.
The graphics and sound are both good, the cartoon graphics are a strange mix better cute and bizarre.
On the upside:
- Nicely drawn graphics
On the downside:
- Learning to throw accurately takes time
- Lack of power ups or special abilities.
Overall, this is a fun little game, but I cannot see myself playing it for long without some new content. The waves are without end, so there is no good way to return to the game without playing from the start again (without leaving it running in the background), so not really one for the casual gamer. I think if some extras could be added or a way to go back to waves you have completed via an update this game could be improved greatly.
