Nozbe is a task and time management system released by Macoscope sp. z.o.o.

The application basically allows you to add tasks into your ToDo list, either into the inbox or a specific project. You can also use contexts and labels to split of the tasks, it individuals on the team. You have a calender view to see when some task have their due dates set and Projects and Contact view.

You can also set the system to get rid of the inbox all together and put tasks in a managers list for example.

The user interface is excellent, with a very simple to understand user interface that is quick and easy to set up.

On the upside:

  • Excellent user interface
  • Built more for teams than individuals
  • Integration to Evernote.

On the downside:

  • Shame you have to pay again for the online service as well as the application. You can just use the application, bu you do not get the most of it.
  • Repeating Tasks, are there, but have limited internal options.

Overall, this is a excellent task management application using the getting it done system. The user interface is clean and simple. The biggest problem with the application (if you are solo user) is there are hundreds of other applications doing the same thing, and several are doing it cheaper. However, if you are part of a team using this system, then it is a solid investment.
